How do I place an order? Plus

Step 1. Add the desired item and quantity to your shopping cart.

Step 2. Click the shopping cart icon.

Step 3. Review your order and click Checkout.

Step 4. Sign in or Register.

Step 5. Confirm your shipping details and payment method, and complete the payment.

How can i track my order status? Plus

We will send you an email once your order has been shipped. Please Sign into ‘My Account’ and click ‘Order History’ to check your order status. You can choose to email us at support@galorela.com to get information on your order.

Can I make changes to my order? Plus

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so through your order confirmation email. Once your order has left the warehouse, we are unable to make any changes and you must wait until it is delivered.

Can I use more than one discount code at a time? Plus

No. You can redeem only one discount at a time. Usage is also subject to the terms and conditions of the discount code.

Are customs and duties fees included in the price of my order? Plus

They are not. Unfortunately, we do not have a say on customs and duties fees. All Customs and Duties Fees are the responsibility of the customer to be paid upon receipt of package. The amount varies from country to country and depending on item(s) ordered.

Our size guide is a general guideline for recommending what size we think is best, but keep in mind that some pieces might fit differently depending on the styles, such as oversized sweatshirts and t-shirts which run bigger than the general guidelines. If you have any questions about specific measurements please contact us so we can make sure you're satisfied with your decision.

What payments are accepted? Plus

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google pay, Shop Pay

For credit cards, please note the billing address entered on your order must match the billing address on file with your bank, otherwise our system might think it's fraud.

How can i pay if I do not have a PayPal account? Plus

If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still complete your payment using a credit or debit card. Rest assured, we do not store or collect your card details or personal information during the payment process. For any inquiries regarding your transactions, please contact your card-issuing bank for further assistance.

What can I do if my payment failed? Plus

If you encounter error messages during payment, please double-check your details to ensure everything is entered correctly. Also, verify with your bank that there are no issues with your account. If the problem persists, please reach out to our customer service here and provide the necessary details so we can investigate further.

To assist us in resolving the issue, please include as many of the following details as possible.

1. What operating system you are using (e.g. iOS, Android, Windows Vista, Mac OS X).

2. What Internet Browser you are using or if via our App (e.g. Internet Explorer 8, Firefox, Safari, Chrome).

3. What payment method you were trying (e.g. Google Pay, Visa, Net Banking).

4. A description of the problem and when the problem occurred.

5. If you receive an error message, please include it in your message to us and provide us with a screenshot if possible.

6. Include your order number and your email address.
